We have adjusted our Cancellation Policy:

  • Failure to provide a 24 hour notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
  • All “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
  • Same-day services must adhere to a 4 hour cancellation policy or are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to adjust your reservation. Please allow us the time to accommodate your scheduling requests as well as the opportunity to offer your reservation to another guest.
